Earn the 1,000,000 VPPs required in a single calendar year and you’ll be in line for tournament and cash rewards with a value of more than $100,000! Play more games and you’ll earn more points. Expected value earned in VIP Tournaments are not factored in to the reward values.

Please note that FPPs do not hold cash value.

Once you’ve made Supernova Elite, PokerStars will extend your status in the following year month-by-month provided you accrue a minimum of 50,000 VPPs each month, missing no more than two months of accrual. Note that you need to have hit 1,000,000 VPPs in a calendar year to start the next year as a Supernova Elite VIP.

Example: A player attains 1,000,000 VIP Player Points in a calendar year, earning Supernova Elite VIP status. The following January, February & March this player earns less than the required 50,000 VPPs for each month. April 1, this player’s VIP status will revert to a monthly level.
