Team PokerStars Pro - Hevad Khan

Hevad Khan
Hevad "RaiNKhaN" Khan is not a robot. He's not a computer. He's not nefarious. He just has an uncanny ability to focus on a whole lot of things at once. Of course, there was a time that not everyone believed him. After all, red flags start flying when you see one online player in more than 20 single table tournaments at the same time. And that's when the rumors started. RaiNKhaN had to be a bot, most people assumed. Finally, it got to be too much for the young man from Poughkeepsie, NY. He handed his friend a video camera to shoot a movie of him playing 20 tourneys at the same time... and became a legend of online poker.
RaiNKhaN, as he is known to just about everybody who plays online poker, started off as a professional gamer, working the Starcraft circuit like a pro. He turned his attention to poker when he realized how much money he could make. Before long, he was taking on the legendary status, as videos of him playing circulated around the Internet. For a while, the RaiNKhaN lore would remain solely online. That all changed in 2007 when RaiNKhaN made his way to the World Series Main Event.
It was clear in the early days of the Main Event that RaiNKhaN was going to do something special. If you couldn't tell it by watching his hands, you could sense it by the energy and exuberance he brought to the tables. Animated and at times quite loud, RaiNKhaN picked up an instant following among PokerStars fans. It proved to be an energy that would carry him all the way to the Main Event final table, where RaiNKhaN placed sixth and won $900,000. Now RaiNKhaN is taking his rightful place on Team PokerStars Pro where he will continue to play online and venture further into the live tournament scene.
Hevad Khan can be found playing at PokerStars under the name 'RaiNKhan'.
