Q:How Do I Qualify for a Deposit Bonus?

A:You are eligible for the 100% deposit bonus when you make your first-ever real money deposit at PokerStars during the qualifying period using the code STARS400. You should use the same code in each of your first 3 deposits (up to £400) in order to qualify for the bonus.

If you cash out any amount from your PokerStars account during the bonus period, but prior to making a qualifying deposit, you are ineligible for the deposit bonus.

Please remember that each instalment of the bonus expires after 183 days, and that you must earn the required VPPs before the expiration date to earn your bonus. To check when your bonus expires, click the Cashier button in the PokerStars game software, and then click the button that reads 'Check My Bonus Status.'

Q:Where Can I See My Bonus?

A:Once you make a deposit, you can view your pending bonus in the Cashier window in the PokerStars software. The number of VPPs, VPPs you must earn to collect the bonus can also be found there. To view these items, click on the ‘Cashier’ button. Once in the Cashier window, simply click the button labelled ‘Check My Bonus Status’. Q:How Do I Earn My Bonus?

A:To earn your deposit bonus you must earn a designated number of VPPs. The amount of VPPs you must earn and the maximum bonus you can earn, may vary by promotion.

Example - You make a £200 deposit for the 100% first deposit bonus. You now have a pending bonus of £200 with a 26 x VPPs requirement. You will receive £10 every time you earn 260 VPPs. If you then made another £200 deposit you would receive another £200 in bonus (as the maximum bonus is £400) with the same clearance requirement.

VPPs which count toward the bonus requirement begin with the first hand played after the deposit is made to your account.

After the required number of post-deposit VPPs have been earned, the bonus will move from "pending status" into your PokerStars cash balance. PokerStars will send you an email confirming that the bonus funds have been moved to your cash account. The transaction will also be noted under ‘History’ in the Cashier window.

Q:What if PokerStars Currently has Another Deposit Bonus Offer? Can I Take Advantage of Both Offers?

A:If you have never made a deposit before, you can indeed take advantage of both offers! In order to do this, you must first make a deposit using the 100% First Deposit Bonus code - ‘STARS400’. Then, when you make an additional deposit, you can use another active bonus code to make a second eligible deposit. Please make sure that you understand the terms of the other bonus, including making your second deposit during the eligibility period and using the correct bonus code.

Don’t forget that when you make your first-time deposit, you have the option of making two further qualifying deposits in the first 90 days. Remember to use the code STARS400 on all your deposits.

Example - You make a first deposit of £200, which makes you eligible for a £200 bonus. One week later you deposit a further £100, taking your maximum pending bonus amount to £300. You then make a £100 deposit one month later, making your total pending bonus £400 in total.

Once you have been fully credited the First Deposit Bonus by earning the necessary VPPs, any further VPPs that you earn will automatically be credited toward earning your second bonus.

Note: Only your VPPs will be applied toward releasing your pending bonus. VPPs are earned through cash games and tournaments, but any bonus VPPs you earn through promotions will not count toward releasing your bonus. Examples

Player deposits £400. He gets £400 of pending bonus that will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs for the next 6 months or until the bonus is fully cleared (26 x 400 = 10,400 VPPs). He will not get the first deposit bonus on any further deposits as he has reached the maximum bonus.

Player deposits £100. He gets £100 of pending bonus that will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs for the next 6 months or until this instalment of the bonus is fully cleared (26 x 100 = 2,600 VPPs). If he deposits another £400 within the next 90 days he will get a further £300 of bonus (as the maximum bonus is £400). This £300 will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs. The player will start to earn this instalment after the first £100 has been cleared and will earn it until the bonus is fully cleared or 6 months after the second deposit.

Player deposits £100. He gets £100 of pending bonus that will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs for the next 6 months or until the bonus is fully cleared (26 x 100 = 2,600 VPPs). If he deposits another £200 within the next 90 days he will get a further £200 of bonus that he will start to release after the first £100 has been cleared. This will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs for the next 6 months or until this instalment of the bonus is fully cleared (26 x 200 = 5,200 VPPs). If he deposits another £200 within the 90 days he will get a further £100 in bonus (as the maximum bonus is £400) that will release after the second deposit of £200 has been cleared. This last instalment will last until the bonus is fully cleared or 6 months after the third deposit.

Player deposits £50. He gets £50 of pending bonus that will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs for the next 6 months or until this instalment is cleared (26 x 50 = 1,300 VPPs). If he deposits another £100 within the next 90 days he will get a further £100of bonus that will release after the first £50 has been cleared until 6 months after the second deposit or until the instalment is fully cleared. If he deposits another £100 within 90 days from the first deposit he will get a further £100 in bonus that will release after the second £100 has been cleared until the bonus is fully cleared or 6 months after the third deposit. If he deposits a fourth time he will not get any more bonus as the maximum number of deposits is 3.

Player deposits £58. He gets £58 of pending bonus that will release in £10 increments every time he earns 260 VPPs (the last increment will be £8 and require 26 x 8 = 208 VPPs) for the next 6 months or until the instalment is fully cleared. If he cashes out after making this deposit no further deposits will count, even if they are made in the deposit period. He will still be able to earn the first £58.
