How can I make purchases at PokerStars using Solo / Maestro debit cards?
Solo and Maestro debit card purchases are fully integrated via the PokerStars cashier screen. When you click on "Cashier" and then on "Buy Chips", you will see an option to use Solo and Maestro . Click on the button depicting logos of these debit cards and enter the amount you wish to deposit in GBP. It will be automatically converted to US equivalent using the current exchange rate.
Currently the purchase limits are:
- US $10 - minimum purchase
- US $600 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours
- US $1,500 - maximum amount to purchase within 7 days
- US $2,000 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days
When you click on "Submit", your request will be submitted to your bank servers via one of our processors and you will receive confirmation in about a minute. Purchase transactions are identified on your bank statement as PStars.
All Solo and Maestro debit card transactions are processed through our E-Cash subsidiary, Rational Entertainment Enterprises LTD, Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, IM3 1DZ Onchan, Isle of Man.Should you require any assistance, please contact us.
What about my cashouts?
When you request a cashout, any amounts that you have previously deposited using Solo and Maestro debit cards will be automatically credited back to the respective card. Credits will be processed in the order that you made your deposit requests, from the oldest deposit to the most recent.

What will it cost me to use Solo or Maestro debit cards at PokerStars?
PokerStars does not charge any fees for using Solo and Maestro debit cards.
