The EPT began in 2004 and is now in its eighth season. The tour has grown over the years to become the world’s biggest and richest live poker tour, with stops in the most exclusive and glamorous locations across the continent.

SEASON 7

Season 7 was the third €50,000,000 season in a row, with a grand total of €50,501,526 available in prizes across the schedule. In total 8,906 players took part, from 86 countries, and 3,666 of those qualified online via PokerStars satellites.

SEASON 6

Season 6 of the European Poker Tour attracted a grand total of 9,157 players from 97 different countries around the world. Within that total were 3,841 players who qualified online via PokerStars, and the total prize money awarded for the sixth season was more than €56,000,000.

The European Poker Tour grew yet again in Season 5, with the tournament champions alone taking him €13,167,394. The total awarded was close to €55,000,000 and 7,901 players from 97 different countries took to the tables to try and win their share.

EPT Season 3 added another event to the schedule, and combined prize money for the whole season amounted to €19,571,000. In all, 3,481 players took part in Main Events, of which 756 qualified via PokerStars. Competitors came from 75 different countries and winners hailed Scandinavia, the UK and beyond.
