Any player incapable of producing proof of age by this means will be barred from playing in any of the Events, and will not be refunded or compensated in any manner.
- By playing in a satellite of any type on PokerStars, or in any of these Events, players entitle PokerStars to use their name and likeness for promotional reasons without additional payment.
Additionally, players agree to aid in promoting PokerStars, and perform as a spokesperson for PokerStars during and after the Events, including, but not restricted to, meeting with the media and partaking in other events organised by PokerStars.

Players who qualify via a cash satellite are not obliged but are encouraged to wear PokerStars logo apparel. - The EPT Championship is endorsed by the European Poker Tour. The European Poker Tour agreement (which is subject to revision periodically) can be viewed at European Poker Tour agreement.
- The first package won to any events, regardless of whether it is via cash satellite, FPP satellite or in any other manner, cannot be exchanged or transferred. If a player wins another entry to the same event, their PokerStars account will get credited with W$ equating to the package price value.
- If a player wins a preliminary EPT satellite that awards entry into a further satellite (other than an EPT event itself), the player may unregister from the intended satellite and receive W$ to the value of the buy-in for that satellite instead. Players are permitted to use their W$ to buy into a direct satellite to any EPT event. Players may also buy-in directly into an EPT event with their W$. For further details go to http://www.pokerstars.com/ept/faq/.
- Players confirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with their PokerStars account are correct, and the actual player who participates in the Event, will be the one whose name appears against the account. Any incongruity occurring here may lead to disqualification or forfeiting of Event packages.
- Before playing in any of the Events, players will be obliged to sign a printed version of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will cause the player to be disqualified without any refund or any other compensation from the Event. In the circumstance of any dispute concerning any terms or conditions of any European Poker Tour satellite event, the verdict of PokerStars management is absolute.
- A player who leaves a tournament at any stage and for whatever reason
is deemed to have forfeited their game and, as such, is not entitled to
claim entitlement to money on the basis of their position in that tournament.
